Do you offer a Wedding Consultation Period
Yes, we will offer special consultation to provide a structured outline one month prior to you Memorable Celebration. We will discuss all the materials, answer all your questions and address all your concerns through outline forms that will be emailed to you. We will provide you with the assurance that the Orchestra will be completely prepared.
Can we choose our songs from the Orchestra's Song List
Yes, our published song list will be discussed during the Consultation Period. We will ask you to choose 30 songs that you would like to have performed. We will make every effort to perform many of these selections. If a song does not appear on our list, please allow the Orchestra two months to learn the material. Do you offer an Early Set Up
Yes, Our Sound Engineers arrive approximately 3 hours before the start time to ensure we are ready before your guests arrive.
Do you offer Emcee Services
Yes, we offer complete Emcee Services as part of all our Performance Packages. For Wedding Receptions, we will introduce your bridal parties entrance. We will work with you to ensure the correct pronunciations are made of friends and family members and will offer you a complete outline of your bridal party. In addition to handling all your special announcements, we will keep the event's agenda flowing smoothly.
Do you offer Ipod tracks for continuous music
Yes, we will provide non stop music by playing iPod tracks during the Cocktail Hour, Dinner and when the Band breaks. We will assist you in making an iPod playlist for songs you would like to hear during the consultation session.
What apparel does the Orchestra wear
All members of The Park Avenue Orchestra will be in professional apparel. The men wear black tuxedos with a variety of cummerbunds to match the decor of the event. The females wear designer wear. Matching casual wear is always available.
What Styles of music do you perform
The Orchestra plays all styles of music which includes Pop, Rock, R&B, Big Orchestra, Contemporary Dance Mix and Country. We are extremely versatile. Our goal is to reach out to all ages to achieve a stellar performance.
Does The Orchestra have their own sound system and lighting.
Yes the orchestra is self contained with our state of the art sound system and lighting to illuminate the stage area.
Do you offer various Pricing Packages
Yes, we offer a pricing from a Seven Piece Band to an Eleven Piece Orchestra We will make every effort to reach your budget.
